Returns & Refunds

We stand by what we make—because we actually made it.

If your BevvyBox arrives and it’s not what you expected, or if something’s not right, we’ll make it right. Simple as that.

🕒 Return Window

You’ve got 30 days from the date of delivery to return your unused BevvyBox for a full refund.

📦 What Can Be Returned

We accept returns on:

  • Unused, undamaged BevvyBoxes

  • Original packaging preferred (but we won’t hold it against you)

If it's been filled, chilled, or spilled—it’s yours.

💵 Refund Details

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • We’ll process it as soon as your return is received and inspected. Give it 5–10 business days to show up on your statement.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless it was our mistake).

🚚 How to Start a Return

Shoot us a note at info@bevvybox.com with your order number and we’ll send you a return label and instructions. No fuss.

🔧 Defects or Warranty Issues?

If your BevvyBox shows up with a manufacturing defect or doesn’t perform like it should, let us know. We’ll either replace it or make it right. We build these to last, and we mean that.
