BevvyBox owns and operates this website. All content—including product images, descriptions, logos, and design—is our property. Feel free to browse, shop, and share—but don’t copy, scrape, or use our stuff for commercial purposes without asking.

2. Orders & Payment

When you place an order, you're agreeing to buy something from us—at the listed price, plus shipping and applicable taxes. We reserve the right to cancel or refund any order at our discretion (e.g., fraud, out-of-stock items, or if something looks fishy).

3. Shipping & Delivery

We’ll do our best to ship your BevvyBox quickly and get it to you on time. But shipping carriers aren’t perfect, and neither are we. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.

4. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return window for unused products. If something arrives damaged or defective, we’ll fix it. Full policy here: Return Policy.

5. Warranty

We stand by our gear. If your BevvyBox has a manufacturing defect, let us know and we’ll make it right. That doesn’t cover misuse, neglect, or turning it into a backpack beer bong. (Seriously, please don’t.)

6. Privacy

We don’t sell your data, and we won’t spam you. We collect only what’s necessary to fulfill your order and keep you in the loop. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

We hope BevvyBox helps you have a good time. But we’re not responsible for what you fill it with, how you use it, or what happens afterward. Use it responsibly, and don’t operate heavy machinery after that third pour.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll update the “Last Updated” date at the bottom of the page. Keep an eye on it if you're into that sort of thing.
